These mods take the already fantastic sound of the Burson Buffer to a higher level.
The Burson Buffer is recommended to be used between a SqueezeBox, either stock or modified, and the amplifier. It can also be used between a SqueezeBox, or any source, and a pre-amp.
The Buffer will increase the gain of the modded SqueezeBox to that of a "normal" line level. It will also match the impedance of the SqueezeBox to your amplifier. It will add a great deal of dynamics and improve the soundstage
In the mod, the power supply is modified to increase current flow
The internal signal wiring is replaced with Solid Core Silver wire to bring greater definition
The stock IEC is replaced with an ACME Audio Silver IEC
All of these little things add up to improve and enhance a good product to a GREAT product.
These are changes that will be made to YOUR product.
