The Logitech DUET is the latest release from SlimDevices, the people who gave us the SqueezeBox. It is a small, network media player. It will play music files from your computer or directly from the Internet

We have come up with some changes to our standard digital mod that we feel improve the sound, even more so. We change the internal power supply reservoir capacitors to a higher quality items. We also remove everything in the digital signal path and run a 75 ohm coax direct to a WBT NextGen RCA.

We have come up with some improvements based on our work on the RE-BOX project.
We now including more upgrades to the internal power supplies. We are adding a separate internal regulator for the clock/buffer circuit and replacing the stock 5 volt regulator with a custom, linear regulator.

This results in a more natural sound with greater dynamics and extension of both the low and high end.

This removes any and all of the internal switching power supplies from the digital output circuit.

We are now offering the option to add Bybee Purifier in the digital output signal path. This will result in an even lowered noise floor with a wider and deeper sound stage.

We also suggest you replace the stock switching power supply with a linear power supply.
